Reißeck round tour trail
The easy Reißeck round tour trail (takes about 1 hr) is particularly popular. It takes you to the great Mühldorf reservoir at 2,319 m above sea level. The many interesting information sites help to explain the landscape, geology and vegetation of the area.
Great Mühldorf Lake
Popular spots are the echo point at the Great Mühldorf Lake and the almost archaic circle of stones not far from the great Mühldorf dam wall. The Riekenthörl (2,525 m), Hochkedl (2.558 m) and Großes Reißeck (2,965 m) are also highly popular hiking destinations. The "bella vista" climbing trail up to the Hohe Leier (2,774 m) are particularly popular among Alpine enthusiasts.
